The pedestrian was waiting just in the crosswalk to cross the street, the driver made a really tight turn, nearly hit the curb, and hit the guy. The driver is clearly at fault.
WANTED: The driver of this vehicle (dark color, Jeep Renegade) that struck and killed a male/34 pedestrian crossing at East 14 Street & Union Sq East at 1am on Nov. 14.

My God! How horrible! It must be a terrible thing to run over someone. That driver needs to be found and placed in jail for a long time for leaving the scene. Disgraceful.

Terrible terrible, my thoughts and prayers go out to this man's family and friends. The driver must have seen by now the news, some drivers don't care, they turn right on top of pedestrians who have the right of way
