Hi, 109. I wonder. Perhaps when gift cards DID have #expiry dates, that was kinda good? My thought process has much to do with my knowledge of General accounting #rules. And liabilities, and all that jazz. I kinda relate my thinking to frequent flier programmes, now.

That might seem obvious, but unscrupulous individuals are out there honing their craft to deceive unsuspecting individuals by posing as @IRSnews employees, family members and more.
