  So i always see videos of crimes but my car was vandalized by a towing truck driver in the bronx while waiting on traffic red stop. Then merged right into a wrong way. I called cops and thy showed up after an hour. And basically told me to go fix my car.

  I personally look onto surveillance videos around and tracked down the towing truck company. Went to the precinct with the information and they still didn’t mind me. I still have the videos and everything. I even have contacted the towing company and they threatened to destroy
