Can we trace where this gun came from? How it got in the murderers hands?

Registered bullets would be a great idea, yet the gun lobby opposes them. You could track them back to who purchased them and there ya go. Accountability locked in, but nope, the 2nd amendment loonies are against it. Only in a few places nationwide is this law in place.
