This City will go to pot thanks to this Anti Police Mayor and City Council.
As of today, marijuana laws in New York State have changed.
It is still illegal to posses any amount of marijuana.

I notice this specifies consumption in a public space. What about use in a private space? (Not a New Yorker, just fascinated by and perpetually curious of the changing cannabis laws around the world.)

That's a good question... I mean if it's done in your private space, they can't do you anything unless they have a warrant
