Stop and frisk is an effective law enforcement tool when conducted lawfully. Why the Department does not encourage its officers to use this tool is baffling ?
Our officers are constantly on the lookout for people who try to cause harm in our neighborhoods with illegal firearms, which was what happened recently in the @NYPD52Pct as Anti-Crime officers took a known gang member and this loaded firearm off the streets of the Bronx.pic.twitter.com/Dv6G30qONk
