  Perhaps you should focus on pedestrian safety. Cyclists who refuse to use bike lanes and view traffic lights and laws as optional are a tremendous threat to those of us who navigate the city by foot. Vehicles may be more deadly, but a speeding cyclist can do major harm.

  We believe what we see. What we see are an entire department of shift workers (cops) who feel that that should be able to park where they want...and who marginalize those who question them on it. Get our respect back. Enforce the law, lead by example.
