During last weekend’s heatwave, our @NYPD9Pct officers received a call about a missing person in need of medical assistance. Considering the severe weather, our cops made this a top priority. WTH? 9th precinct - seriously? Explain this to me! You refused to look for my brother and let hm rot in his car for a week! Had you canvased and found him 100 feet from phone trace - you could have saved his life!
