Please someone get this message to Nypd. A young black man with a limp stopped by our school at 157 Freedom place @ 1 pm. W 66th Riverside Blvd. he had a backpack and hat in. He asked for food. We gave him box lunch. Not sure if this was him but hopefully this helps.

Don't know same person but just saw a young man, but black sweats and black sweats shirt I think he went into 4 5 subway at Fulton and Broadway. Or walking past it up Broadway. Not sure though 8 minutes ago
