(2/3): Officers from the
@NYPD106pct anti-crime team were in the immediate area when they observed a 32 y/o male & a 38 y/o male in a physical altercation. As the officers exited the unmarked vehicle they observed the individual & suspect fighting over the control of a firearm.Show this thread
(3/3): The officers ordered the suspect to drop the gun and the suspect refused. The officers then discharged their firearms. The suspect was shot one time in the torso and in the arm. The suspect’s 9MM firearm was recovered on the location. This investigation is ongoing.
