I know the suspect. Sergei Fedorov is his name. He uses a very sharp blade to nearly decapitate his victims with incredible speed and just leaves his victims lying in the dust as he breaks-away. GOAL!

Pretty sure he did NOT use a sharp blade here. Could be mistaken. Perhaps the gunshots were for crowd effect

Did they say they were MS-13? Just because they may be Hispanic or Latino does not mean they are part of MS-13. They could Latin Kings for all we know or just plan old criminals

Was the criminal in question already detained and know as illegal and allowed out into the community? Why was a known criminal allowed out instead sent back out of country?
