  Better to enforce with automation (e.g. cameras and deterrent $ fines), it's more efficient, more economical, and blind justice, i.e. less prone to corruption (aka professional courtesy). Is this a fight btw mayor and gov about fine money? @placardabuse @NYCSpeakerCoJo @NYC_DOT

  @NYCmayor - Keeping bus lanes clear is great - I'll believe it when I see it. Bike lanes "don't reach as many people" because you're not keeping the lanes safe and reliable. People are dying because you don't think it's statistically important that they don't.
