Three weeks after rescuing this abandoned pup while on patrol, @NYPDSpecialOps Officer Pascale officially adopted his best friend at the @ASPCA! Despite having a ruff start to life, we think it’s safe to say little Joey is head over paws for Officer Pascale and his new home.
