Forecast saying its gonna rain... then y not Umbrella?

1) they block views, 2) take up room in a crowd space 3) accidents can happen, people can get hurt 4) they can be used as a weapon. If people want to go & forecast says rain then they should take a raincoat, water resistant jacket or a poncho.
