Kids from IBrain, a specialized school on the UWS, have been trapped in traffic on their bus with aides for FOUR HOURS. how do you suggest helping them get home? This is a disaster waiting to happen.
During today’s #FirstSnow we ask New Yorkers to remember those at risk, especially those living on the streets. Our Homeless Outreach Unit is out there working with @NYCDHS to protect them.
