I really want this to be true. It was very disappointing what happened w the Proud Boys. I know how good our police force is in NYC. But, I’m a white middle aged woman. If I were a young black man, I know I’d feel differently. I say this cuz my friends have told me their stories.

Protecting other cops more than anything. Yes we need police but sucks we have to rely on people who would rather protect each other than do the right thing. If you don’t speak up you are complicit. i.e. You are all complicit & does that mean there are no trustworthy cops?
