After you refused to let people who ran out back in saying the concert is closed? This is lack of professionalism and propogation of incorrect information. The officers who turned us away were told that everyone was to evacuate and no one to be let back in. What a mess!
They were also the ones who were initially telling people to "run, just run!" fanning the fear. When security is telling people to run, it's hard to blame it on "mass hysteria" and "herd mentality."
And also keeping out people who ran away because they feared for their lives. Let's not forget that detail.

the same NYPD officers that were yelling "KEEP MOVING, SHOTS FIRED," until half of the audience fully cleared out and exited with no reentry? when not a single shot was fired?
You do realize that there’s barely any service in that place. I got to read this when I got home, after I ran to avoid being trampled by the stampede of people running towards us. Unfortunately some people around us were not as fortunate and got trampled. Terrible job!

The show must go on as we rush to the Emergency with injured people! What a horrible experience!! Poorly managed event. NYPD were telling us TO RUN! and the Staff didn’t even know what was going on! We lost all our belongings
