There seems to be a lot of holes and biasness in this investigation based on the articles being put out. I am writing to ask for a very thorough investigation regarding this case. Is there security footage showing the date and time of Nelson Giron entering the apartment building?

IF Regan Smith changed the locks at her apartment how did Giron enter the apartment WITH a key? The only other way is was to be welcomed in by Smith. Was Hewett Depass there when Giron arrived? Or was Giron already there when Depass showed up?

It seems that Depass may have been the one to do the shooting. He shot Giron in the head then shot Smith but placed the gun in Giron’s hand to make it seem as if he were the one to do it. It makes a good cover up, right? Strike right when the time is right.

Strike right when the time is right. Right when everyone would believe it was the “ex-boyfriend” If Regan Smith was so afraid of Giron wouldn’t her first steps be blocking him on all social media outlet, all contact methods and blocking his number or changing hers?

It doesn’t seem these steps were taken. I understand Giron does have a past record but a past record should not mean he is automatically guilty. And because Hewett Depass is a police officer it does not automatically mean he is innocent.

Giron has children of his own why would he be so quick to leave them fatherless?
