That don't mean sh*! If you bend the rules to get diversity and you get less of a person,diversity is a good thing but where the the divide end ... I have 2 family members on the Job 1 black 1 white 2 different experiences from the same class....same with the fd get over it.....
Just like how NYC is incredibly diverse, so is the NYPD:

In my family we were raised to see people not color not nationality but people diversity was developed by people not raised in the poor neighborhoods....that had to fight for fairness regardless of color it's just a new word for racism
