Will they also be enforcing the law when bike riders go thru red lights and turn illegally as I have seen constantly. Can't be on just one side about this NYPD

The NYPD absolutely loves ticketing people on bikes for not coming to a complete stop. In fact, they will flat ignore motorists speeding through red lights and corking intersections right in front of them if there's someone on a bicycle doing the exact same thing.
