A male driving a stolen a vehicle, fled on foot & tried to evade cops by jumping in the water.

When a coyote found herself in the cold 48 degree waters of the East River , members of the Harbor Unit quickly responded & safely brought her aboard their warm boat
The animal was transported to where she was evaluated & will be released back into the wild
