    In the city that never sleeps, neither does your NYPD. Your have been working around the clock — advocating for victims. Just last week they made another 15 arrests in murder investigations & 14 more arrests for other shooting incidents. NY’s

    My sincere thanks to and their Gun Violence Suppression Division and to all the prosecutors who worked on this case. These investigations are complicated, meticulous and time-consuming, but they make a big difference.

    While shots were being fired in Harlem last night, courageous NYPD officers ran toward the gunfire. Responding cops quickly found bullets flying by them. One suspect barricaded himself inside an apartment & again shot from a window — before he & his gun were taken into custody.
