No he won't. Custom jewelry doesn't retain its appraisal value. The appraisal value and always higher than the resale value. A jeweler will buy it back at its resale value, not close to what he paid.

Put it on eBay and advertise it on social media. Ariana Grande wore it. He could get his money back easily

Definitely possible. Secondary markets always buck standards.

Legally she has to. An engagement ring is a promise and if the promise is broken (AKA they never get married) she could get sued, and would lose. I knew those hours of watching Judge Judy would come in handy. 😂

Not always and not in every state. For example a ring given as a Xmas gift does not have to be given backhttps://www.nytimes.com/2018/01/18/fashion/weddings/should-you-give-the-engagement-ring-back.html …

Exactly. Anything given as a gift usually does not have to be returned. Tough defense to have with an engagement ring but can happen.

I read he did not pay 93G for that ring anyway....he got a deal in exchange for the jeweler advertising. 93,000....boggles the mind doesn't it?😮

don't understand how a bunch of compressed carbons could ever be worth something considering it's so easily synthesized

Is he going to put it in a shrine, sell it on Ebay for a fan to bid on or pawn it? 93K is rediculous for a ring let alone anything other than the rest of my mortgage.
