All @RockstarGames needed to do was have an earlier start date to give people more time. 100 work week is inhumane

And it is the choice of the individual(s) that did it not rockstar

So they’re supposed to walk out on their jobs?
-
Once again it is the choice of the individual(s) to work like that not rockstar.
-
Rockstar made the environment that they needed to work those hours.

If they were paid OT and was by choice. What’s the problem!?
-
Game dev jobs are salaried. No OT.
-
Even if they are there’s comp time. Don’t be naive, they didn’t work it for free lol

Making video games is not hard labor
-
Its mentally that can affect a person physically, anybody that is at their job a long time will suffer some setbacks. If its their own choice then thats on them but still being well rested is better for a game. Especially since it has many details

But look at the detail/hardworking what's gone into it. That's why
@RockstarGames are above the rest on open world
-
Ummm yeah chief, this ain’t it. There are companies who treat their workers properly AND make good games so don’t even try this.
-
Did they force them or threaten the employees with their job?
