Great article exposing the actions of the Governor and Health Secretary of NY. The Governor and Health Secretary of Pennsylvania did the same, and about 2/3rds of the deaths in PA were in nursing homes.
Not informing staff of the presence of a COVID-positive patient. Not cooperating with health officials. Encouraging staff to break quarantine and return to work.
