The new federal tax law destroyed a century-old tax structure between the federal government and the states. New York will sue.

A shame you would spend resources on a lost cause.

To benefit its citizens!

Try lowering your outrageous state taxes that are used to support illegals and welfare. Responsible states are tired of subsidizing your reckless spending.

Amen... they want to screw the taxpayers over to support socialist & corrupt politics; let those states suffer. It is not OUR job to support their idiotic policies

Oh hey, look!
#NY#NJ and#CT are at the bottom of the US Freedom Ranking with NY coming in dead last. No surprise there!#EpicFailpic.twitter.com/InenakxpVQ

Oooh, at the bottom of a made up far right "ranking", LOL. No surprise that they're near the top for real things like income, life expectancy, education...
-
You can keep your high taxes, high cost of living, stifling regulations, crappy weather, & unfriendly ppl. I'm a native of CT. That state is bankrupt. Moved to the south where taxes & cost of living are low, weather is warm, food is awesome, ppl are friendly & living is easy.

"bankrupt" = righties not paying for services they demand, like red states asking us to pay for their benefits, but it's not exactly an issue in real life. I LIKE regulation of predatory corps & happy to pay for public sector. My neighbors friendly if urs werent look at urself

You like govt confiscation. I like economic freedom. That's what it comes down to. Have a nice day.

You know you have no grounds to sue, right?

Their legal theory is that by not allowing for the deduction of state and local taxes, they are giving an unfair benefit to the states that don't have those taxes. Which makes no sense on ANY basis
