The test positivity rate in the focus areas under NY's Micro-Cluster strategy is 4.34%. The statewide positivity rate excluding these focus areas is 2.49%. We continue to take strong action to respond to outbreaks and to stop the spread. Mask Up.

Yeah the only reason it dropped was due to surge & school testing. They’re messing with the data, not actually containing the virus. Monroe County is going to end up with a massive public health catastrophe on our hands. We cater to Coronavirus Deniers here. It’s going to be bad.
