How come malls can’t open with the filter you have discussed? I don’t understand this. Retail is dying in this state and we are scared!
NYC has been cleared to enter Phase 4 of reopening, starting Monday, July 20. Phase 4 will not include indoor activity in malls, restaurants or cultural institutions at this point. I'm so proud of what New Yorkers have done. But we must continue to be on alert.

Retail is dying that’s just my opinion... yes there will always be demand for “real life shopping” but if people aren’t scared to go out and won’t accept/shops won’t adapt to online services, they’ll just be left in the dust. Time to keep the pressure is now if we wanna survive
