Today we are banning late fees and missed payments fees during the eviction moratorium period. We are also allowing renters facing COVID-related hardship to use their security deposit as payment and repay the deposit over time.

Forget postponed, taxes, utilities, maintenance bills, insurance, all need to be waived. If Cuomo thinks I'm going to be able to collect 6 months of late rent from my tenant who was a deadbeat before the lock down even started, he is crazy.
