The #Coronavirus doesn't care about state borders, so this agreement with & will help protect the entire Tri-State Area.
These temporary closures will last as long as is necessary to protect the public health.
Grocery stores will remain OPEN.

Our primary goal is to slow the spread of #Coronavirus so that the wave doesn’t crash our healthcare system. Social distancing is the best way to do that.
I have called on the federal gov't to implement nationwide protocols, but in their absence we are taking this on ourselves.

Yes, who cares if they starve to death and can't pay their bills!
We should be protecting the elderly, not taking away people's paychecks.

Really? You want a complete breakdown of society? No food or gas deliveries? People losing their jobs? For what? The only people dying from this are the very old and immune compromised, the smart thing to do would be quarantine them!

Sorry, how will that help? The longer they're open the more spread out the customers will be. Shorter hours = more shoppers per hour, increasing the density of people. That's kinda the opposite of social distancing.
