With these new cases we are doing the same thing as we have done with the other cases: Tracking down people who have had contact with the known positive #coronavirus cases.
We are trying to contain as much as possible the spread of each case we find – but we expect more cases.

We can all take precautions like frequent handwashing & coughing into a tissue. (We advise you to do this every flu season.) This is especially true if you are in a vulnerable population.

These patients potentially had the virus for weeks. Those currently infected may not show symptoms for three weeks. The scope of this is unimaginable.

Asymptomatic spread + LONG incubation period of up to 27 days + the ability of the virus to live many days on surfaces/fomites (some studies show 9 days!!) = silent threat and perfect storm.

This may seem scary but shout out to cuomo his choice to weave fees to be checked for the virus means alot more people are gonna get checked and confined rather than have people running all around spreading it due to fear of the medical bill

Let’s hope it’s not too late for containment.

It is too late. We can't trace contacts & isolate them any more.

Looks like we are going to depend more and more on states. They may want to form consortiums.
