@NYCTSubway she got nasty immediately when I politely asked her a question because I paid 2 fares at Lex/53 & Lex/59 & went nowhere. -

@NYCTSubway Honestly I'm very skeptical there will be any ramification for the way she treated a paying customer. She's a union employee.
