My unlimited Metrocard got ever so slightly bent somehow & now won't swipe, & there's apparently nothing a station agent can do about this.

@sgreen3@NYCTSubway for reference, when i had to send a metrocard in it took about 3 months. but i did get it back! -
@taraturtell That's promising. Delay still sucks. I just feel like they'll find some excuse (like a mistake on the form) not to refund me.
