@NYCTSubway@MTA@NYCTBus this was at the Wilson L stop, all bc my active unlimited card wouldn't let me in and the employee wasnt willing -
@NYCTSubway to help me, instead was rude. I tried to buy a new card but the CC readers at that station never work. -
@NYCTSubway as a paying customer I've never felt more humilliated or misstreated. I was just trying to get to work, I'm not a criminal!
