      @ggollerkeri it was ridic how no EMTs were even close to nearby. train guy didn't properly radio. Not ok, esp. if it was more serious.

      @jenbo1 was this at Canal Street? Passed by there on the R around 9.10am and saw a stalled Q (had to prev. disembark at DeKalb in Brooklyn).

          @jenbo1 Procedure is Crew alerts Rail Control who in turn contacts emergency responders. Ideally, should have come to location of customer
