Today, Breonna Taylor would have had her 27th birthday. But police officers killed her, in her own home, while she was sleeping. She didn’t get to live to see this day. Nothing will ever make up for that. But the very least we can do is demand justice.
Breonna Taylor should be here right now. That painful, unjust statement is true about far too many Black people in this country.
