This is the list of crimes for which judges MUST RELEASE defendants come Jan 1. Real world examples cited by : drug dealer caught a/ SIX KILOS of meth, or a career burglar who has hit 4 or 5 homes and was caught w/ photos of his next target.

“A man arrested for trying to rape a woman in a Brooklyn station earlier this week was in jail for almost a year before the state’s new bail reform laws allowed him to go free and commit more crimes.”

This crime & release of the accused pursuant to the new bail law highlights the deceptive way in which bail reform was sold to NYers. Only “low level/non violent” crimes are included in the reform law, advocates/pols professed Does the video show a low level/non violent crime?

“Not even this brutal, caught-on-video mugging — in which a struggling 83-year-old woman was dragged to the ground, and her purse wrenched away — is enough to get a suspect locked up these days under the state’s new bail reform law.”

As bail reform proponents try to conceal the scope of the threat caused/victims harmed, the fact is the bail reform law has resulted in NY quietly sending an estimated 25,000 accused criminals back into our communities BEFORE the law took effect on Jan. 1.

Bail Reform enabling the most violent and depraved to commit more crime: “man arrested for trying to rape a woman in a Brooklyn train station earlier this week was in jail for almost a year before ...new bail reform laws allowed him to go free & commit more crimes” per the DN.

According to the , cops were so outraged that they dug into the case & discovered man was also on parole for burglary so they were able to take him back into custody. Why was that info. not before the judge who released him? Crim Justice system fails across the board.

More bail reform madness. Another violent recidivist released to attack again after mugging an 82 year old woman, captured in a truly disturbing video This lowlife walked free after arrest despite 14 previous arrests incl. 6 robbery charges & a weapons & assault history.

WATCH: We’ve heard “dead cops” chants before: Dec ‘14. Two hero cops died because our city leaders stood mute or condoned the chaos. We begged them then to end it. They didn’t, & the environment today is even worse, not just for cops but the public as well

The anti-cop agitators causing havoc in our city tonight have made it clear that violence against cops is on their agenda. Weapons like this are being displayed on social media. ALL MEMBERS: REMAIN ALERT AND BACK EACH OTHER UP.

These are the scenes confronting hard-working NYers tonight as they just try to get home or to work. Is this the city they want?

This couple were victims of a violent crime but are too afraid to report it because under new pro-criminal reforms the perp can be given their names/home address creating an easy path to their door for reprisal. In their shoes would you report the crime?
