    As a mark of respect for civil rights activist Robert P. Moses, all flags shall be lowered to half-staff, at sunrise on July 26, 2021, by order of the Mayor of the City of New York, Bill de Blasio. Flags will resume full-staff position at sunset on July 26, 2021.

    Bob Moses was a son of Harlem, a Bronx educator, and a lifelong activist. He knew the right to vote is sacred and spent his life fighting the racist systems that hold our democracy back. We owe it to his legacy to push forward. We've come too far to go back now. Rest in Power.
