We'd probably need less had you closed the school earlier and stopped telling people to go about their lives as normal before March 15th or whatever it was.
Wasn't in favor of the schools staying open but understood why when at the time businesses & public utilities were still open. NYC is the largest district in the nation. Where do the kids go when dr's, police officers, millions of residents, etc still have to leave home to work.
We have to act now just like the nation did in WW2 by retrofitting factories. The number of cases will still continue to climb exponentially.
