No information on driver, we wish him well. TLC said he was not a NYC TLC Driver. It’s a reminder of what the NYC TLC drivers go through. Mr. Advocate get me on the Task Force I know I can do justice for the drivers.

Perhaps is the driver had a real partition instead of a recycleimg garbage bag if would have saved him.

Eventhough that maybe true black cars dont require partitions, the Taxi and Limousine Commission needs to require that the app companies require their riders to submit state identification, profile picture, method of payment must match state identification, all docs must match.
