A forecast I was looking at previously showed major snow on Monday but it is no longer there. Has the thinking changed on that?

The models have different things there, and they are more focused on Friday and Saturdays storm to look in to them to hard so now they are going with a chance of pops. But it will change Saturday. Expect some snow Monday/Tuesday though

Is there a reason of that wide range of blue in east Pierce/south east king county?
-
Hi - that area is slightly less favored for higher snow totals, but should still fall within the general thinking of 5-8" across the metro area. (the blue still indicates up to 6")
