  1. The final rainfall totals for Mon are in and we broke 6 daily record rainfall amounts with the storm. LAX received 0.39", breaking its record of 0.19" & Santa Barbara broke its 0.02" record by getting 0.96". Follow the link full record list.

  4. Storm total rainfall graphic and table (). and Counties saw the highest amounts, with some stations well over 4 inches. The rain is over for most of the area, with warming and drying through the week.

    A definite uptick in traffic collisions on our rainy day today within Ventura County. Please use extreme caution, leave extra stopping distance, and slow down when traveling on wet roads/highways.

  10. Flood Advisory allowed to expire for Ventura county as rainfall rates and coverages begin to diminish. There may still be some residual roadway flooding on roadways , so please heed any road closures.

  15. Heavy rains have moved out of San Luis Obispo county, allowing the flood advisory to expire. There could still be some residual roadway flooding for the next couple of hours.

  18. At 1055 am, band of heavy rain with strong wind gusts to 40 mph approaching the Ventura county coast, and will be impacting Ventura, Oxnard, and Port Hueneme by 1105 am. . Expect brief heavy downpours, capable of roadway flooding.
