Through January 24, precipitation at Scottsbluff, NE totaled 1.31". This ranks as the wettest January. The second wettest January was 1.26" set in 1978. At Rawlins, precipitation totaled 2.56", also the wettest January. The second wettest January was 1.90" set in 1980. #wywx
