NVIDIA leaks have "nvn2", which seems to be the graphics api for the Switch Pro, based on Ampere with ray tracing support and DLSS 2.2

There's also references to T234/T239 so this leak checks out

This is a preliminary picture of T234 in Wikipedia. Very clear.
So why do we always guess?
Nintendo will use a customized one, T239.

even more evidence it's a delayed Switch Pro and not a next gen platform, especially since the president said the Switch is in the middle of its life

(ps I don't care about Switch Pro vs Switch 2 semantics, I just like poking the bear)

my notifs are on fire so I'm gonna mute this, I'll try to check back, try not to be aggro over new Nintendo hardware yall
final notes
it's still called NX, highly doubt it's a new platform
T234 Orin's details are public (the chip this is based off)
I think Q3 2023-Q4 2024 launch

There are some 2022 headers in here, so this archive is extremely up to date and still being supported, core API and devtools haven't been touched since some time last year though

also note that the API supporting ray-tracing doesn't mean Nintendo will take advantage of it, it's just one of the benefits of going with Ampere, NVIDIA's doing the heavy lifting to add support

It’s more likely the Switch 2. If a pro model was happening, we would’ve gotten it last year instead of the OLED model.
