Any word on whether people entering the country from overseas will require a booster pre entry too?

So as to avoid quarantine yes, though for now this is only for reentering citizens and residents. Vaccinated foreigners from green/yellow countries have to quarantine till their pcr comes back clean.

In the US people who recovered from Covid were given two shots of Pfizer (or Moderna), whereas my understanding is that Israel gave only one Pfizer shot to previously recovered people. So those of us who recovered from Covid & received 2 Pfizer shots are considered fully vaxxed?
