    NTSB issued Friday an investigative update for its ongoing investigation of the Feb. 20, 2021, United Airlines flight 328 engine failure event;

The NTSB released an investigative update on its investigation of the incident March 5.     We made the safety recommendation to lower the per se BAC from .08 g/dL to .05 g/dL or lower in our 2013 Reaching Zero report. Research shows that lowering the per se BAC to .05 will saves lives.
