I asked a founder yesterday how his startup is going. He looked me in the eyes & said “I don’t think we’re gonna make it.” No fluff or ego protection. He was honest & we had a real conversation. Too many people hide their failures. It’s okay to say things aren’t working.

Job "requirements" are often just a wish list. It's worth applying to stretch jobs that are right for you.

To become a high-performance leader you need to learn how to delegate effectively. This is a major part of what I work on with my executive clients.

Helpful to think about what we actually accomplish by being busy—as well as what we miss out on as a result. Being intentional with your time can be easier said than done
