This is how it started in places like Venezuela... If anyone bothers to look up it's history. They did the same thing with the same "younger" generation. Called it "For the kids"...till all of a sudden the populace was disarmed. Then the Tyrants took over. Take heed from history.

Instead they harass. Take you friends gun home to clean after a day at the range. NO, got to go to a dealer, pay a fee, do a background check and a transfer. Want to give it back the next day, repeat. Yet someone with ill intent is not going to voluntarily go through this
