Yes. Convenient that they left out the first clause of that sentence. The founding fathers would be appalled at how that amendment has been misinterpreted.

What part of the 18th century usage of "regulated" to mean "trained" ( as in, "regular" troops) do YOU fail to understand? All of it, apparently.
