Always love how people who follow the law and use their freedoms are the ones who are harassed. Many of us fought for this country and it's freedoms.

The school dress code explicitly prohibits clothing with depictions or references to weapons. Having a gun doesn’t give you permission to break the rules.

This is clearly a case of circumventing the rules. It's like saying "no Nazi symbols on t-shirts" and then accepting one with a big text "Hitler was cool" on the back, because it's not a logo or symbol.

It wasn’t a basic shirt with NRA on it. It depicted or referenced weapons, which is prohibited in the dress code.

I'd explain that he probably shouldn't wear clothing to school that promotes weapons, being that school shootings happen frequently and people get killed. Schools are gun-free zones to protect those who go to school and the community. How's that avoiding bankruptcy going?
-
Yup. Gun free zones to protect people. How’s that going?
-
Not well. It asked what I'd tell my child, not what'd I'd do to change policy.
-
What...?
-
No one brought up what you would tell your child or not what you’d do to change policy. Was wondering how that got brought up.
-
Read the headline Champ.
-
Yeah but I never brought that up.
